SIMARD architecture is a growing firm that currently has a dozen people. Our team lives for architecture. We are looking to fill the position of senior or intermediate technician who will take in charge building inspections, the preparation of technical papers and construction site surveillance. The technician has to work in close collaboration with the whole team.

More specifically, tasks of the technician are:

        - Inspect and propose building envelope corrections

        - Assume the charge of some asset maintenance projects

        - Prepare blueprints execution specifications 

 

Main responsabilities of the technician are:

        - Conception of technical details

        - Realisation of execution blueprints

        - Revision of conception drawings

        - Writing of inspection reports

        - Coordination of the production with disciplines

        - Be in charge of monitoring and construction site surveillance

Prerequisites are:

        - Have a DEC in architecture technology

        - Cumulate a minimum of 5 years of considerable experience in this field of work

        - Have a good knowledge of the codes and regulations in force

        - Have a good knowledge of building envelopes and concrete and steel structures

        - Software knowledge of Autocad and Office

        - Have the capacity to  manage work depending on the planned schedule
