This mixed-use building consists of a commercial ground floor and a second floor occupied by a daycare center for 80 children. This cohabitation is visible in the architecture of the building with a soberly glazed first floor and a playful second floor inspired by building blocks games. The daycare has the particularity of developing these playgrounds around a large agora lit by a skylight located in the center of the roof.
