SIMARD architecture was chosen by the City of Montreal to upgrade various equipment and to correct certain deficiencies. This vast, multi-faceted project consisted of gradual upgrading and maintenance of building assets to provide a safer and more comfortable environment for Center users. Replacement of the 1916 amphitheater seats, replacement of exit doors, upgrading of gymnasium floors and replacement of windows and roof.
